Our studio is located on the 1st floor of Containerville, accessible via two flights of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift available in the building at this time.

We are committed to accommodating clients who use walking aids or have mobility challenges. If you need extra time before or after your appointment to navigate the stairs, please let us know in advance, and we will ensure that we provide the necessary time and support to assist you.

cancellation and rescheduling policy
As an exclusive private hair studio, the time reserved for your appointment is dedicated solely to you. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, we may be unable to fill the vacancy, which impacts both the studio and other clients.
1. Notice Period:
To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations or No Shows:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in an invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost. This invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provided at the time of booking.
Please note that by booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. In cases of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), we may consider the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Booking Confirmation and Acknowledgement:
Upon booking, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. This ensures clarity and agreement on both sides. The policy will be displayed during online booking or provided in writing if booked directly with the studio.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please do so as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
4. Reasons for Cancellation Charges:
The cancellation charges are in place to compensate for the time reserved exclusively for you and to allow us to manage our schedule effectively. We appreciate your understanding.
late arrivals policy
At Hiraya Hair Studio, we strive to provide the best service within the scheduled time. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate your service fully.
1. Late Arrivals:
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that the service may be shortened or adjusted based on the remaining time.
2. After 15 Minutes:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat your appointment as a no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled. In this case, a full invoice for the remaining amount of the appointment cost will be issued and sent to the email and phone number provided at the time of booking.
3. Communication:
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee an extended service time for late arrivals, we will make every effort to accommodate you based on availability.
4. Acknowledgement:
By booking your appointment, you agree to the late arrival policy and acknowledge that late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation and full charges.

1. No Price Adjustments or Refunds:
Hiraya Hair Studio does not offer price adjustments or refunds due to a change of heart or change in service preferences after booking has been confirmed. This includes any requests for reduced or altered services once the appointment is scheduled.
2. Full Payment Required:
The full amount of the appointment fee will be due, even if you decide to change or reduce the service at the time of your appointment. This is because your booking time has been reserved exclusively for you, and we are unable to offer the appointment to another client at short notice.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
In the case of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable reasons, we may consider offering a partial refund or alternative solution on a case-by-case basis. These circumstances must be communicated promptly to the studio and will be reviewed individually.
4. Acknowledgement:
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept the no refund or price adjustment policy and understand that you are committing to the full payment for the service as booked.

Welcome to Hiraya Hair Studio! To ensure the best experience and results, we have a few guidelines for new clients booking their first appointment.
1. First-Time Appointments:
All new clients must book either a haircut or an in-person consultation prior to scheduling any colour services. This allows us to meet with you, understand your colour goals, and discuss your hair history, ensuring we can tailor our services to your needs.
2. Allergy Testing:
During the consultation, we will perform an allergy test as part of our commitment to your safety. The test is required by law for certain colour treatments and must be done at least 48 hours prior to your colour appointment.
3. Waiting Period for Colour Services:
Please note that there may be a 2-3 month wait between your consultation and your colour appointment, depending on availability. We recommend planning ahead and booking your consultation well in advance to secure your preferred appointment time.
